6. Open the centre n pour in meat filling n cover up n mould again into ball shape n arrange on baking tray n cover wt a towel n allow it to rise again for 15mins..
7. Use pastry brush 2 egg wash wt ur egg white nd top with groundnut or sesame seeds..
8. Put into ur alrdy pre heated oven nd bake..
